Mr. Li Lingshen received Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering. He was former President of China Textile & Apparel Press.

Mr. Li is now Vice President of China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) and President of China Nonwovens & Industry (CNITA).

He also serves as Director of the Industrial Textiles Sub-committee for Textile Standardization Administration in China (SAC/TC209/SC7).
